Kale chips

Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

1 bunch of organic kale, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt

Directions:

Wash, de-stem, and chop kale into larger, “chip size” pieces. Coat with 1-3 Tbsps of olive oil (however much needed for kale to be lightly coated) and sprinkle with sea salt. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes (I keep an eye on them from 7-12 minutes). You will know they are done when kale begins to shrink and get crunchy!
