Blueberry muffin smoothie

Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

1/2 of a banana (frozen preferred)

1/2 cup blueberries (frozen preferred)

1 TBS oats

1 TBS nut butter

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Cinnamon

Milk of choice (as little as possible, just enough to blend) (I like to use 1/2 coconut water & 1/2 whole milk)

If using fresh fruit… add a small handful of ice

Directions:

Now the easiest part! Add all ingredients to your blender and enjoy!

(I think adding ice, fruit, protein powder (in that order) blends best)
