Turkey burger bowls
Time: 10 minutes (not including burger cook time)
Ingredients:
Turkey burger, greens of choice (mixed greens, arugula, or romaine are my preferences), feta, hummus, pre-roasted chickpeas, red pepper, red onion, cucumber, sweet baby grape tomatoes
Directions:
Chop or dice red onion, pepper, cucumber, and tomatoes. Lay bed of greens, place burger in center, and start assembling your toppings! Add greek salad dressing or just drizzle lemon and olive oil for finishing touch.
Optional addition of white rice to greens base for a more filling meal. These bowls also go great with a side of homemade sweet potato fries!
