Lazy girl bolognese

Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 4 (great for meal prep)

Ingredients:

Red lentil or chickpea pasta, 1 lb ground turkey or grass-fed ground beef, 1 jar marinara sauce (my favorite is Raos or Primal Kitchen), 4 large handfuls of spinach, parmesan

Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, red pepper flakes

Directions:

Bring water to a boil for pasta. While waiting for water to boil, in separate large pan saute ground turkey or beef (seasoned to taste/preference) until fully brown. Add marinara sauce and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover meat sauce and decrease heat to a simmer. While sauce simmers, finish cooking pasta. Once desired tenderness, drain pasta and slowly add pasta to sauce pan. Lastly, fold in spinach and top with parmesan!
