Creamy overnight oats
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup GF rolled oats, 1/2 cup milk of choice (I use organic whole milk), 1 large tbsp greek yogurt (no added sugar), 1 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 of a banana, cinnamon, sprinkle of salt
Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
Potential toppings: blueberries, apples, walnuts, flax seeds, chai seeds, drizzle of maple syrup, etc.
Directions:
Combine oats, milk, and greek yogurt in mason jar. Add sliced or mashed banana (naturally sweetening), sprinkle of salt, and cinnamon to preference. Shake contents together and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
